Tanager Apartments, a seven-story, 139 unit apartment building with commercial space at grade and below-grade parking at 1314 E Union Street and 1319 E Madison Street is currently under construction in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The project is slated to deliver in Summer 2026.
