Here is our first package, the Early Design Guidance Package, that we recently submitted to the city.

What is the timeline?

We hope to get construction started by summer of 2023.

How tall will the project be?

Seventy five (75) feet. It is what the zoning allows.

Are you planning to provide parking?

Yes. One floor. It should be about 50 stalls.

Did you know the site used to be a gas station?

Yes. We are near certain we are going to encounter hydrocarbon contamination when we dig our foundation. We have hired a great team of experts to guide us and we plan to work closely with the Department of Ecology, OSHA, the City, and any other pertinent jurisdictions to keep workers, neighbors, and future residents safe.

Will it be condominiums or rental apartments?

Rental apartments.

Do you know what you will charge for rent?

No, we don’t.

Will you be participating in the Multifamily Tax Exemption program or provide the MHA units on site?

We are planning to participate in the MFTE program and provide our MHA units on site. That would mean that over 1/4 of our units would be rent restricted workforce housing.

What level of sustainability will you be targeting?

We are still working to figure that out.
